This is where I post miscellaneous stuff that doesn’t fit to another page. Not much to show yet, but for my world-famous tamale recipe. Don’t underestimate the tamale recipe as it is truly world class.
Tamales
It has become a family tradition that we make tamales on the Friday after Thanksgiving. It’s a fun activity for all ages and the whole family. Our tamales come in all shapes and sizes as each tamale maker has their own method. Ultimately though, the tamales are delicious; a true South Texas treat. And they freeze well, so tamales can be hand from time to time through out the year.
